By scheduling a session you acknowledge and understand that all payments have to be received 24 hours before the appointment commence, otherwise your booking might be disregarded.

In case you decide to book a session in person and outside the place of business, you are liable to the agreed fee for travel purposes. This fee will be pre determined as per distance travelled to a rate of £0.60 per mile plus any parking fee required.

I reserve the right to decline the performance of any of my therapies,  if I find it is inadequate to do so or if I feel you are not ready to receive it. In these cases, all fees received will be fully refunded.
